Live Inventory & Availability
Diamoniaga Trading sources items based on live supplier availability. In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after payment. If we are unable to secure your selected item, you may choose:

(a) 100% refund, or
-
(b) an alternative item (subject to availability and any price difference).
Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Processing times may vary by bank/payment provider and are outside our control.
No Change-of-Mind Returns (Loose Diamonds)
We supply certified loose diamonds that are secured to order. Accordingly, change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted once an item is confirmed and/or shipped, except where required by applicable law.
Wrong Item / Verified Fulfilment Error
If you believe you received the wrong item or there is a verified fulfilment error:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the packaging, shipping label, and item/certificate.

If verified, our remedy (at our discretion and subject to applicable law) will be replacement (if available) or a refund.
Condition for Any Approved Return (If Applicable)
Where a return is expressly approved by us in writing:

The item must be unused, unaltered, and returned with all original documents/packaging (including any certificates).

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
