Shipping Policy (Diamoniaga Trading)
Shipping Coverage & Rates
-
Malaysia: Free shipping.
-
Worldwide: Flat-rate shipping, disclosed at checkout (or confirmed in writing prior to payment where applicable).
Processing & Delivery Timelines
-
Orders are confirmed with our upstream supplier after successful payment.
-
Estimated delivery: typically 7–14 working days after confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by holidays, customs processing, carrier delays, weather, security checks, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking
-
Tracking details will be provided once shipped (where the carrier supports tracking).
Shipping Insurance & Limitation of Liability
-
We will use best efforts to arrange insured shipping where reasonably available and commercially practicable (depending on destination, declared value, carrier options, and insurer rules).
-
Insurance availability is not guaranteed, and coverage may be limited or excluded by carrier/insurer policies or destination restrictions.
-
You acknowledge that extraordinary events (including carrier disruptions, strikes, natural disasters, security incidents, governmental actions, and force majeure) may impact delivery and/or insurance coverage.
-
Where insurance is arranged, all claim decisions and outcomes are determined solely by the carrier/insurer. We may assist by providing supporting documents reasonably requested, but we do not control and do not accept liability for claim outcomes, delays, denials, partial settlements, or consequential losses.
-
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability (if any) relating to shipping is limited to (a) the amount actually recovered from the carrier/insurer (if applicable), or (b) the amount paid to us for the relevant item, whichever is lower.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
-
Malaysia deliveries: customs duties and import taxes are typically not applicable for domestic shipments.
-
Worldwide deliveries: import duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, and related charges (if any) are borne by the customer and determined by the destination authority.
-
If Malaysia regulations or destination-country rules change such that taxes/duties/fees become applicable, the customer remains responsible for such charges unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
